Annual Maintenance and Support

nLive products only come with 30 day free support and no maintenance. It is strongly recommended that you purchase additional Annual Maintenance and Support. There is a substantial discount given for buying the first years maintenance and support together with the product.

Annual maintenance and support includes email and telephone support Mon-Fri 9AM-5PM Pacific Time. Annual maintenance and support is renewable for one or more additional terms. Annual maintenance and support entitles the customer to all updates, major and minor, free of additional charges for the duration of the maintenance contract, which is renewable annually. Any additional modules or accessories introduced into the product in the future may be licensed and purchased separately.
